Went for dinner Halloween night fresh off the road from Chicago and got the Jose special. He was also our server. Dj was playing great music. A must for Cinco de Mayo. He was very friendly and warm from day one. Extremely attentive and had a welcoming personality that felt like home. He always made us feel like he’d been waiting for us and gave exceptional service with a warm smile and spirit. This review is for lunch for two in a booth on a Friday in early October. service: All waitstaff were great. Fast, efficient, and professional. bar: House margarita highly recommended ($7.50 each as of 10/2026). They also have all the usual Mexican and American beers available. food: Always thrilled to find a place that provides awesome complimentary chips and red salsa! Menu has an excellent rendition of my all-time favorite, huevos con chorizo - or eggs with garlic sausage ($12 as of 10/2026). A la carte tamale and shredded beef soft taco were great. details: Bright, open, clean space. Plenty of surface parking right outside.
